This franchise started out well but has since really gone down hill. Not a good look with Firehouse right around the corner. Today's was not fresh, even the bun was dry, like something that had spent months sitting in a freezer. Time before, lettuce was all wilted and meat of questionable freshness as well. Well, just lost us as customers.
Wasn’t a pleasant experience, didn’t say hello, and had a strong attitude. Sandwiches were put together sloppy.
I haven't been to this location in a long time but in recently went and I can tell you they have stepped up their quality. The sub was amazing. When I opened the bag I said to myself, this looks fake it was so perfect. I will be back for more
