The staff was very rude! He was really impatient as I was selecting my choice of toppings. He keeps saying “and” multiple times. I felt like I was being pushed to pick my veggies and not given enough time to think. I don’t think any customer service would want to have their customers being stressed. I also grabbed some napkins and the staff was swearing in his own language right in front of me. Avoid this location!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Me and my wife came last night and the person at the front was very rude. Right from the start, he didn’t greet us with respect. In addition, when we asked to modify the sandwiches, he felt like we were giving him additional work but the place was empty at the time. Oh they made a horrible mess of this sub. Ask for a little mayo and mustard and he Just globbed it all on there. Then I asked if he can break a hundred before making the sandwich so I don't have to deal with it at the till and the lady beside him starts saying oh lots of money and continuing to talk about me in another language kind of rude when it's right in front of your face. 30% of the time they screw up my order. Today I got a 12 inch cold cut just to receive a 6 inch sub with extra meat. Who’s getting a 6 inch with extra meat? The other time I got tomatoes and cucumbers on a meatball sub. The overall rating makes sense now.
