Ladies are very rude during the day.
Very, very rude, don’t eat here unless you want to have a terrible experience. The two male workers on Wednesday March 4th at around 6:30pm need to get retrained asap and maybe need to consider jobs that don’t require talking to people
ignores basic instructions easy to read (i ordered online), just stares at me as if jasdeep doesn’t even know how to say hi or greet customers. last time i went, a worker tells me my offer doesn’t work (which according to the app it should work at their location) and just stands there like some npc. what even is this place.
This franchise started out well but has since really gone down hill. Not a good look with Firehouse right around the corner. Today's was not fresh, even the bun was dry, like something that had spent months sitting in a freezer. Time before, lettuce was all wilted and meat of questionable freshness as well. Well, just lost us as customers.
Wasn’t a pleasant experience, didn’t say hello, and had a strong attitude. Sandwiches were put together sloppy.
