I had a terrible experience with one of the employees at this location today around 2:20 pm.For some reason, my order had an unexpected delay that I did not initiate, and the employee showed absolutely no willingness to help—even though the issue came from the restaurant itself. I simply wanted to cancel the order, and the website clearly states that cancellations must be handled directly with the restaurant. The older lady worker there just purposely not let me use my $2 in rewards there... never coming back here i felt the disconnect from the moment she walked out.

It's not the first time I've come to this subway and they always have bad servers, terrible service, they are very rude to talk to.
