Never been to a subway that made me use the kiosk .it's not our fault u bought a pointless thing just so u don't have to talk to people .also what the point of I'ma just stand their either way telling them how I want it . This subway isn't it

Litterally just came home. Got 2 chicken bacon wraps ($15 each) and one 6" Philly sandwich ($10). The wraps were good, but I had to immediately return because the Philly wrap had a miniscule amount of meat in it. If it were to have been eaten, only the last bite would have had meat... When we returned, the guy looked at it and didn't see a problem. I paid $10 for a 6 inch piece of bread.. Why would they think this was okay? It wasn't. I could have went to the grocery store (which I will next time) for a huge amount of meat. ... read more

I was unable to order with a person. All they have is a machine and the staff seems to not want to take in person orders which defeats the standard ordering style of subway.

Horrible attitude from the older lady pictured. Refused to take my order with an empty restaurant and insisted on the kiosk until I left. Then I came back around and gentleman was being helped. Confused I asked her and then was told to leave.
