This has always been my to go to subway... right down the block from my house. But today I was told that the only way to order was through the Kiosk instead of person to person, so I did.. I punched in xtra onions and added bacon... well I got home and it had about six pcs of onions and YEP.... no freaking bacon which i paid for! Never going there again! TERRIBLE.
You guys are taking away customer service with these kiosk machines. Especially for elderly customers. My mother walked out and went to JERSEY MIKES closing too many subway stores. Put your registers back.
Ordered the meal of the day and a protein wrap. I requested pepperjack cheese, got provolone. I pointed that out and was ignored. She pretended to not speak English but when mu friend spoke to her in Spanish, she answered in English. I was told the total was $12.15 and gave her $15.00. I received $0.10 change. I complained and was told that I was being charged for cookies that came with meal. My friend had ordered extra cookies that wasn't on receipt.
