Absolutely terrible. Last night There was only 1 guy working and he mumbled when speaking and made 2 footlong subs in 25 minutes and took him forever to grab 1 bag of chips and a bottle of water! He scratched his HEAD with the gloves on and continued touching our food. He didn’t cook the bacon, gave us rotten veggies, wrong bread, and when corrected nicely he said “not on here it doesn’t” (because I ordered online) And I told him politely that I asked for plain Italian and not herb and cheese. I don’t understand how a sandwich shop that is known for sandwiches can be out of bread during peak business times so frequently. This makes absolutely zero sense. This location needs to figure it out if their business wants to make any money.
