The manager on duties not polite. With your employee doesn't listen to your customers. You ain't going to have any customers. So you might want to think about your employees and how they treat your customers the last time I checked food industry with customer based.
Had the absolute worst experience today with this location and I never leave reviews. I work in the mall, everytime I go employees complain about working there, my mobile takes over 30 minutes or simply no one’s there and I’m waiting outside for ten minutes. Usually I say nothing. I was off my blue collar job it gets dirty my hands get stained but no matter how many times wash them it doest come off. That's the context. Anyways when I was there and sat down to eat my meal. When I noticed Black stuff in my half filled cup they gave me. (Didt even fill it full) I thought no big deal Ill just let them know. We ordered online and our meals were messed up. There was missing meat in my sandwich, did not get my extra banana peppers and green peppers. My girlfriend was missing mustard and there were extra veggies she did not want in there too. It was not during the lunch rush, but I get it sometimes people make mistakes. The part that upset me was I have been trying to call their restaurant. First few calls kept ringing, then on the 4th call I heard someone pick up and then hung up.
