I really wasn't going to even write this review, but I think I should because the customer service here is overall TERRIBLE. It is a man that works there that lies and says they don't make items, that are posted up on the mounted menu. He does this because he doesn't know how to make them or doesn't want to. A lot of the staff don't wash their hands (I had to tell a staff member to wash their hands). I have tried to give this place a few chances because it’s right by my job, unfortunately it gets worse every time.
I made an order online this weekend at this store, and went to order again online at a different store. The order went through to this store. I immediately called to cancel the order. I called 12 times and nobody picked up. The voicemail is full and it is impossible to contact this store.
Manager yelled at me for standing in line. Told me my sandwich wasn’t ready and to sit down. I waited 10 minutes, went out to get my phone to verify I placed my order. When I came back in and waited a couple of minutes longer, he finally asked me my name. He then goes over to the counter where he was standing when I first entered the store and handed me the sandwich that had been setting there the whole time (15 minutes).
