Charging 20% on all orders, unapproved! I bought my order at the counter and noticed later on my printed receipt I was charged 20% for "tips", which did not prompt for approval when I scanned my card. The owner at the register even hit process button before I could finish typing in my phone number for rewards. The meats weren't measured, just quantity placed on by eyeballing. Food was standard subway quality, but schiesty over charging, we won't be back.
