I frequent this subway location and it's been consistently good for me. They always got my order right and the toppings are well balanced.
Sandwiches are getting smaller and skimping on toppings. They cutting back in topping and amount of them...
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL!! The staff have absolutely no customer service skills!!! Miserable ladies. I wish I could post a picture of the nasty sandwiches we got. No toppings and all bologna on a BMT.🤮 To lazy to warm up meatballs than annoyed when you asked for two different sandwiches in place of the meatballs i already paid for. This place suck and the employees suck at there jobs
No smiles, no greetings, no high chair for babies, no veggie patty, no toilet, business papers, signs and flask on two tables. Not satisfied, went to Waipio a couple hours later. In comparison with Waipio and the no longer place in Kalihi across from HCC.
