Called and specifically asked if they accepted coupons. After having our sandwiches made, we were told only certain sandwiches can be used for the coupon, but we did not order sandwiches the coupon excluded. "Manager " was dressed in jeans, didn't even look like an employee. The "manager" was extremely rude, saying I would have to pay the $35. (The coupon was 3 sandwiches for $17.99.) If I could give zero stars I would! District manager wasn't even able to help me and gave attitude… SAD!
Meat servings was half of what we would normally get. We asked to pay for extra meat and was told no because they can’t do that, yet on the app you can add extra meat. So how is it you can’t add extra meat in the store? Then, I was going to get a half and half tea for my drink that comes with the meal.
