Whomever owns this should be ashamed. Hire these poor kids with zero help and throw them to the wolves. Where is the accountability? Love that it’s “locally owned and operated” then it should be represented and lead by proper ownership. Seems like it’s run just about as well as Sabres. Sure I may turn a profit, but who really cares huh?
I ordered subs on the app which said it would be ready by 9. I arrive and on the door is a sign that says "Closed for the time being may be open around 9:30. There was a guy sitting in a booth by window with a baby carrier.
Always get my order right which is saying something!
Worst service. Those girls working in evening shift have worst attitude and they are racist. I would give 0 star but there is no option for that.
