They made my chicken teriyaki sandwich wrong, I went back to ask for a refund. The lady says she shouldn’t refund it because it was made the way it was ordered when in FACT it was not made correctly. It is not my fault that the person taking the order made it incorrectly even though I verbally gave them the correct order. I get off work and go in for frequent order and the one and only lady who calls herself the "district manager" (had her hair up in a BIG bun and you could easily tell she was a liar) was in the back for over 5 minutes talking on her cell phone about things that were not business related (I could hear her clearly) I called out for her 3 times before getting frustrated and stepping out of the store to wait for her to come out to the counter to do her job!
