I had a great meal here. Unfortunately staff was only one person at lunch time, they could use some help. Despite this, the lady was still polite and a good listener. She made an excellent sandwich exactly the way I liked it.
Whoever answered the phone when I called just kept answering with hello which was hilarious. Parking lot is questionable, but the sandwich is good. I accidentally ordered here and it was 15 minutes away, but surprisingly not that soggy.
I ordered the Sub of the Day and asked for the protein to be removed. The sandwich was then rung up as a Veggie Delite, which ended up costing more than the advertised special. I was surprised that removing the protein increased the price, and I wish the price change had been explained before I completed my order. The owner was present and was not very pleasant when I asked about the pricing, which added to the disappointing experience.
