The establishment appears to be managed in an unprofessional and hostile manner. Decisions seem to be made arbitrarily, and there is a clear lack of respect toward customers. During my visit, I was treated with blatant disrespect simply because I struggled to clearly explain my order—English is not my first language. Instead of offering assistance or showing understanding, the staff laughed at me, became visibly irritated, and, shockingly, threw my sandwich in the trash in front of me. Horrible, new employee or not. Don’t tell me you don’t have make something when I know the establishment makes it. Made my salad all wrong. Man with dreads and glasses was a little snippy out the mouth. Left it Alone. Never see management at this particular location.
Worse service ever. Wasn't even acknowledged when I came in. I patiently waited in line... then the guy behind the counter took the ladies order who came in behind me instead of mine. I said nothing and walked out. Won't be back. I'll just go to Publix instead.
The so called manager who I never got the name of because they don’t greet you upon entering, was exceptionally rude. I wanted my sandwich prepared how it had been being prepared since I moved to the area and he burst out in a loud and ill-mannered tone that I can’t get it that way. Understandable, however, his tone carried the rest of the interaction leading me to discontinue my order. I was walking in to get food and got turned around. The employee said “hey I’m on my lunch break “ and proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to stop to make my food. Worst place
