This is hands-down the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. They only take mobile orders, even though the employees are in the lobby sitting on each other’s laps, kissing, and turning away paying customers. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. If I could give negative stars, I would. Honestly, it’s shocking this place hasn’t closed yet — but it should.
Employees rude and unprofessional. Location is the worst
The store was clearly open but when I entered this girl with dyed blonde hair outright refused my order and told me “I’m not making any sandwiches” without any reason whatsoever.
I kid you not, 2nd time that I come here and they don’t have any bread. This is a Subway, how you don’t have any bread and you are open for business?
This location is stealing my money. I’ve tried to order online from here twice now and each time I’ve been met with disrespect and hostility and left without an order but charged fully. I’ve tried asking for refunds or to void the order to which employees have said they cannot do and it’s my problem to deal with. Today I ordered online and tried to enter the store and the door was locked. Open sign still on and employees inside.
