Charged for drink did not order and could not refund or correct order. Note left for manager and not addressed, called manager later and nothing could be done except give me the drink when I live hours away. Very poor customer service.
First impression blown. Placed a mobile order for a scheduled pickup 35 minutes later. My spouse arrives to learn that not only has the order not started, but there are four “mobile orders” ahead of mine, which is frankly hard to believe. The entire purpose of a scheduled time is allowing the food prep to be planned for, so there’s no waiting. And good luck getting them on the phone. No one answers. Absolutely crappy experience.
Online says they open at 8 on Sundays. I come at 10 they are not open and the door has all the open times scratched off. So what is it y’all??
