Workers are very nice and friendly. The lady that made my sandwich really took her time and did not just throw it all together. Great workers and great place.
Employees are incredibly rude. I was treated poorly by both employees working today at noon. One didn’t understand my order of “6 inch turkey on wheat.” The other was rude when we asked if we could get a kids sub on its own or if it only came as a meal. So if you feel like getting yelled at or ridiculed for making a standard order or asking normal questions, this is your place. The food tasted like standard subway. The quality is what you'd expect from Subway, but the staff isn't very nice and they don't have free refills.
Owner's work sandwich line and make really small sandwiches. I went down the street to kailua and ordered th exact same sandwich and it was twice the size. They advertised soup, but there was none.
