I ordered a bmt with a bunch of veggies and sauce. I brought my sub home and there was nothing on it. They didn’t put any veggies or sauce on my sub. This isn’t the first time they have messed up my orders. It’s ridiculous how they run this place. Seems like nobody takes anything serious in there. There is absolutely no customer service. The manager is rude and cusses up a storm when there’s customers in there. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone!
I've never had a issue with any subway. EVER! Watching Tracy handle my food with zero gloves and saying to the other woman omg I did it with our touching the food. I watched her touch my food plenty of times. They ignored my service talking about the weather on Florida. A supervisor had to tell a employee off the clock to leave. The place was completely dead. Ordered online and they didn't receive the order. We had the confirmation number, the confirmation email and showed them that the payment was taken out of our account. I understand they couldn't fulfill the order, but the lady was very rude about it! I know it wasn't her/their fault, but it wasn't ours either! We ended up having to reorder and pay again! Full price! I would not recommend this particular Subway, based on how the employees handled this situation.
