The lady working front counter right now was very rude. I am a driver and was instructed to ask for oil and vinegar. And the lady had a fit. Very unprofessional as far as customer service. Sorry if she is having a bad day but don't take it out on others. Come to this location often and have never been treated this way by anyone else. Hope her sandwich skills are better than her customer service skills.
Took so long to make my sandwiches that they were cold after being heated up. And even though I held the coupons in my hand the entire 20 minutes I waited I only found out they DONT TAKE COUPONS when I was checking out. Not going back here
I just had the most embarrassing experience at Subway. I've never been treated so poorly. They would not accept my Subway coupon, they didn't accept them. Then they wouldn't accept the 50% off deal from the app because I had to order from the app then when I ordered from the app and my order came through they made me wait for other customers before they would even hand me my already prepared sandwiches. All of this so that the store can make an extra $2 off of me. Absolutely unacceptable I will not be back to the store ever.
If you got coupons in the mail and are planning on going to this subway let me save you the trouble, they don't accept their own coupons.
The quality of the food keeps going down and prices keep going up.
