Today 11/29/25, I stopped at this Subway for the first time while traveling with my family and the Subway employee working was rude from the moment she came to the counter. The sign said to ring the bell for service, which I did. She came out with an attitude, didn’t acknowledge my greeting, and spoke to me in a stern, irritated tone. I just walk in ring the bell like it said and I said hey good afternoon and I did not even get a response back. The lady was rude. She was loud. She slammed my sandwich on the counter after I told her what I wanted and she messed up because she was rushing too fast. Never will I come back here again
Beyond rude!!!!!!! I was the only person at the counter when I walked in Sunday after church. The lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge my presence. Conveniently no name tag. She walked in the back and then took several minutes to come back. No smile, no hello!! She kept slamming the bread on the counter as she made the sandwich. Obviously annoyed and angry. Turned her back to me as she toasted the bread. I'm hoping this wasn't racially motivated because I'm black. Whatever the reason, it was completely unnecessary.
