I’ve had a few issues with subway in the past but this subway completely blew me away. I had an online order that got a little messed up and when I took it back they were so polite and friendly. I felt bad taking it back but they made me a new sandwich, gave me a refund and even gave me a cookie. I really appreciate them taking the time to try to fix things for me and still make it a good experience
The man that took my payment was rude.
Came at 8.50pm and got to know the store is closed but the hours were showing as open until 9.30pm. What’s the point of the hours if not followed. Waste of time and gas for coming to this location.
The young black girl who helped me had her phone on her shoulder the entire time and rolled her eyes and audibly sighed when I told her I had two sandwiches and whenever another customer walked in. She also gave me the wrong bread for my sandwich and was overall making me and everyone else feel unwelcome. She clearly does not want to be there, so I doubt she'll be upset to get fired or at least written up. Ordered ahead, they got my food 100% to the T even though my order was tedious. The worker greeted me with a proud smile and welcome, asked about my day and made jokes with me. The store was spotless and freshly vacuumed. Overall the experience was amazing I will definitely be back!
