I called and the girl that's working says, and I quote the owner was here so we closed early. She's inside prepping. Food had 10 minutes to make a sandwich and couldn't do it worst Subway ever. If I could give it 0 stars, I would since I sped over here to make it before they closed only find out she closed because Supposedly the owner was here sure
When they don’t have what you ordered you’re forced to adjust it and aren’t allowed to change the sandwich even though it was 100% their own fault, you end up having to take the loss. There won’t be a next time, I wish I had demanded a refund instead of obliging. Rude.
I decided to buy a chocolate chip cookie because they look so good in the case. So many chocolate chips, I was really looking forward to it. Then the guy whipped out a cookie already bagged, from a hidey hole next to the register, not from the case! He tried to do it fast, but I saw him, and wondered why would he do that? If I could give ZERO STARS to this store, I would!!! I have ordered from this location half a dozen times since March of this year, and every single time they have been rude and just trying to get me out of the store. Today, I ordered online to pick up but then needed to order a small kids meal meal once I got there. I was told that they don't have the bread for that. Don’t know what is wrong with these employees but telling someone they can’t get a drink refill that you paid for when it’s not the policy to deny a drink refill is ridiculous. Also not allowed to get any water apparently and today I get told not to smash the potato chips just because I’m picking out a bag and wanted to make sure there’s air in the chips wasn’t smashing them or anything but because of an incident that happened with someone’s kids smashing the potato chips a few days ago obviously I’m stereotyped sure wish th... read more
