I was traveling and stopped to get a sandwich for my long trip. When I entered Mekayla greeted me. I ordered a sandwich with special instructions. Mekayla fixed my order the way I requested. And her attitude made this a positve stop. Keep up the good work Makayla!!!
We tried to dine in. I get it its a job, but to be informed at 8:25 that the lobby closes at 8:45 when the close time clearly states 9 o'clock is definitely poor customer service. The blonde lady seemed inconviced by my family of 4 wanting to sit down and enjoy the meal we had just purchased with the money we work for. Overall horrible worker told me she was at work until 9 that she can argue all night I ordered a pan pizza with bacon parm oregano salt and pepper and nothing came on it I had to add the salt and pepper myself
Great food and great service everything is made fresh and the people are very sweet.
It's not too often I don't have anything bad to say I ordered on the app around 2:45 p.m. I walked in and a gentleman was working on a sandwich said he'd be right with me and I just let him know I had the online order. And it seemed like a blink of an eye my food was there and I was like 15 minutes early. Everything was fresh andalicious I wish all Subways took this much Pride in the freshness of the vegetables best Subway sandwiches I've had in years this will be the only place I get my Subs going forward
