Management should consider better training of staff on prioritizing customers in the store instead of loosing business while working on online orders and ignoring customers.
Fault is not of the workers. But they constantly have one person working here. If there is any line at all you're going to end up waiting 15-20 minutes. It's crazy.

Every time I pull up in the drive-through, I’m waiting past 10 minutes to get one sub. The person always says that they’re by themselves and that they have two or three people ahead of me inside so what is the point of having a drive-through. It’s very annoying considering this is the only one between my house and where I drive every day.
