Really grossed me out when he was organizing the bread in the bread holder with bare hands and no gloves. 10 min went by touching all the bread then a customer walks up he turns around and then put gloves on. Doesn't make sense to put gloves on when he already touched their bread. I will never eat here again
Always friendly service but I couldn't help to notice last time I went flies were stuck in the cookie rack. I bet they were having a sweet time. Now I just have to worry if a fly is in my meatball sub.
Great service and food, but yall gotta stop leaving your employees alone on shift. They deserve help.
icee machine was out which is fine except we were charged for a less than half full icee. then we bought a soda cup for dr pepper only for it to come out as water when i tried to fill it. these inconveniences aside, what was unacceptable was the dead bugs lying in my sandwich. after showing this to the worker we asked for a refund and received $6 cash for our $8 sandwich. again, whatever. but in all this visit was terrible and me and my family won’t be going again.
Went there today 4/6/2025 I wish I would have trusted my gut and said you no what nvm I don't want it. The turkey tasted old, none of the vegetables were cold and the bread was super stale. I'm guessing the owners (husband and wife) were working. They had their kids running around in the back. I bet if the health department went today they would get shut down! I will definitely not return back to this location.
