I had a question and call the store but no one answered even when I tried again. That is so sad

My Wife and I came to this location tonight 20 minutes before closing, the store was clean and the employee Steve was very nice and made us some great sandwiches. subway should be very proud to have an employee like Steve!
Jason, the store manager is extremely rude. Everytime I see him, he is always talking bad about his employee whose name is Austin. Austin is a very hard worker and always so sweet and it’s horrible that the manager is talking badly about him to 4k people while he livestreams on TikTok. He also shows customers information so I wouldn’t order here unless you want you information out there.
