My husband and I came in and got sandwiches, not only was the service amazing and fun, they were clean, organized, quick, and professional! We will be back! Thank you to the two amazing people who helped us!
We ordered through the app today because we have a large family. When we showed up they were very quiet but we picked up our order. To get home and find a passive aggressive note with my order. There were 2 people working in there so by no means is that understaffed. And very few customers. As a person who's been in restaurants for a decade I was very disheartened to see this note and the way my food was handled. I will take their advice and never go to this subway again. Or probably any.
Sun April 19th around 3 pm I went in. There was NO MEAT whatsoever and the girl working refused to slice any meat. Barely any cheese, and the veggies did not look fresh at all. The young man working through a temper tantrum and destroyed my sandwich. Not the first time he’s acted this way either. 0/5 experience, will NOT be going back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
came in around 6:30pm on 4/10 and the lady making the sandwich had the absolute worse attitude. no “what can i get started for you” or anything remotely nice, just a blank stare as she waited for you to tell her your order. she was slamming stuff around and rolled her eyes. don’t work in customer service if you’re just gonna have a sour attitude. the guy who finished the transaction was nice and very helpful.
