I don’t usually write reviews but I never have a good experience with this subway! Ordered ahead on the app. Got there and the lady told me to pull up to the window, where I sat for 20 minutes. I ended up going back through the drive through and the lady was really rude on the speaker, had me pull back to the window and handed me my sub without saying anything. Myself and my coworker were going to Subway for lunch and decided to go through the drive thru since we only get 30 minutes for our lunch break. There we were met with a very rude employee at the speaker. I’m the customer and I’m reading off the menu, trying to order a meatball sub with Parmesan and she rudely cuts me off and says she’s not asking for toppings and then asks if I have another sub. I called at 8:13 AM asking if they accept my EBT card. The young lady told me yes I told her I was on my way. I drove 30 minutes to come grab some food from this place and when I arrived at 9 AM, the doors were locked and she refused me service. I will never ever even think about trying to grab food or contribute any of my money to this store ever again I hope it closes down so unprofessional.
