Worst location ever!! Hate to say this but Zero stars for the staffs and service at this location. Rude, unhygienic and disrespectful behavior towards customers. We pay for the food, ladies working at this location should put themselves in customer’s position. How will you feel if you receive this kind of service and food?
Owner cheated with. Placed an online order through app and due to technical issue with the app, order went to Metrotown location. Within one minute, I called to cancel the order, and they replied order is ready. How is that possible to have an order ready in one minute. They were very rude over the call
This is the worst subway I can ever go. Their service is the worst and poor staff is hired. They don’t have manners to talk to the customers and no sense of behaving or greeting. I think they just want to make the order and let the customers go! They don’t even greet us and showed so much of attitude. Is it how you guys respect ur customers or behave with them! Worst subway!!!!
Priya definitely deserves a raise. She pays great attention to detail and ensures every sub is made exactly as requested. Unlike many places where things feel rushed, she takes her time to get it right while still being efficient. Her work really stands out.
