They were a little bit busy but they acknowledged that I was here and great customer service by far you guys Rock.

First off the service was awful. The person making the sandwich had a horrible attitude and she obviously didn't care. I ordered a chicken BACON ranch and she didn't even put bacon on it. They then proceeded to stuff it soooooo full you have to eat it with a fork. Literally your job isnt that hard and my order was pretty simple. If you dont wanna work or just dont care then quit please.
Without fail, the subway on Idaho st continues to be the rudest. You guys mess up on orders and offer no resolution. When asked about the manager, I'm either lied to about their existence, or maybe that person doesn't care either? I've given this store multiple chances due to the fact that I know there's employee turnover and everyone has bad days, and yet the service still sucks. How hard is it to reimburse a missing item or just to be a polite and decent human to customers?
