Kloey was great. I didn’t catch the name of the other two. I have never been so disrespected in my life. They made it seem like it was the worst thing they could have possibly done to help me get my food. Prior to us ordering, a door dasher picked up food and the one girl was so nice to him, then turned back to her nasty demeanor to us. I would love to know who owns this so I can let them know what is taking place in their restaurant. I’ve never had a good experience here, I don’t know why I keep going back.
Never coming back to this location the Guy with red hair and glasses is the rudest person I have ever met. He messed up my sandwiches and wanted to complain the whole time when I asked them to be remade. He kept throwing things around the store and kept using the excuse I just work here I don’t know what to tell you. The new girl though did make it right she was sweet and got it done. She even took the blame for his mess up. If you hate your job that much then quit no one asked you to work at subway you chose to.
I dont frequent Subway too often, but the young man taking our order was very very angry about something. So our taking time to figure out what we wanted did not set well with him. He made our food just fine, though and we were able to leave. I sure hope it wasn't just us that made him mad. It didn't seem like that was the issue.
Since around November the quality and the service has gotten a lot better! The sandwiches tasted much better. They really take the time to keep it fresh in there.
