All of the chain is pretty good and this exact place is really good too. Very clean (tables, floor, windows all is nice), smells good, staff is friendly. Location of the store is pretty convenient. By the way place is pretty popular, was lucky to order before mass of people came.
The worst subway branch I’ve visited so far. The customer service was extremely poor. Employees were talking and laughing in their own language ignoring the customers. There was no expression of gratitude while attending me and it felt like they were angry at me.(no smile at all). Next was the portion size of food, small. The people attending me were females and I think one of them is called Aman (badge name) as the other lady was calling her. You guys really need to improve on how to deal with your customers.
Special thanks to Aman Rana yesterday on New Year's Day, while he was receiving online orders and at the same time customers in person, being the only worker in the store. He had everything under control and was very kind! This guy deserves a raise! Happy new year!

I have ordered 12-inch Veggie Delite Italian foot long, It was delicious😋🤤 Food was tasty, quality was great 👍🏻 Restaurant was clean👍🏻 Crew was really Nice and Polite!!😊
