ordered online. ordered a tuna add cheese+ extra cheese. charged 2 dollars for the extra cheese. Received a sandwich with no cheese. is it that hard? this isn't the only time, but too get charged for extra and not receive any is beyond frustrating. because how?
Slow to get our sandwich made but personable staff! Staff was great; only 2 at the counter - I feel like they did the best they could and were friendly!
Braylyn, the female employee working when I stopped at this location, was the rudest person I have encountered in some time. I said hi when I walked in to which she said nothing. She ignored me entirely while she organized cookies for a full 3-4 minutes before rambling over to stare at me, not how can I help you, what you you like or any reasonable approach for someone in customer service.
