Slow to get our sandwich made but personable staff! Staff was great; only 2 at the counter - I feel like they did the best they could and were friendly!
Braylyn, the female employee working when I stopped at this location, was the rudest person I have encountered in some time. I said hi when I walked in to which she said nothing. She ignored me entirely while she organized cookies for a full 3-4 minutes before rambling over to stare at me, not how can I help you, what you you like or any reasonable approach for someone in customer service. I ordered through the app and something went wrong and it didn’t go through to the store but my card was still charged the full amount of my order and Addison was very helpful and quick to help resolve the problem!
