Wow! Absolutely the best Subway experience ever. Krista or Christa made the most delicious sandwiches and Dakota was a joy to chat with at the payment window, Dakota was happy and helpful and patient and kind and professional. If I was looking to hire I would scoop her up in a hot minute. Subway should give Dakota a fat raise!!!
Food was good
I ordered Subway catering for a birthday party this last weekend, which also landed on Linfield graduation weekend so I’m sure they were absolutely slammed. And there was not adequate staffing for this. Therefor my special instructions were overlooked when they made my catering sandwich platters. Every platter was made incorrectly except for one. We went to drive through and person who took the order was not pleasant or customer service oriented. We pulled up to the window & sat for 10 minutes at least and no acknowledgement that we were there. There was another woman there who came out of the back & visited with the order person then went back to the back. When we finally got our sandwiches she was abrupt and unfriendly.
