It was a normal good subway experience.
I had created an online order. The app told me it would be ready by 3:30. I showed up around 3:40 and the app said it was ready. They had not even gotten my order. I was pregnant and hormonal and upset because they couldn’t refund me, make it, nothing. Told me their hands were tied on their end and that I’d have to contact the app and request a refund. New update 7/25/26 had horrible service by the red head with freckles didn't get what I asked for repeatedly. She smothered my sub with mayo after asking for only a little she forgot lettuce after being asked over 3 times. Was more worried about talking with coworkers then her job. Still the most worthless subway around zero stars are deserved Had to wait almost 20 mins before the woman working finished online orders hardly put any meet on the sub.
