I arrived to pick up an order but the doors to the building were locked while the open sign was lit up. I called and the person working there wouldn't tell me how to get in to pick up the order. Someone else finally walks by and lets me in the building. I go to the Subway and the same person claims that someone else already picked up the order. Would be nice if I knew what my food tasted like. Didn't even get that paid $44.63 just to wait an hour for my food not to show up. can't get a refund due to the fact that the chick I called at Subway that was supposed to issue my refund, because the money came straight from the store wanted to have a snobby attitude and tell me it was DoorDash. It was a late night at the hospital, but the employee was great and the place was very clean!
Stopped in while waiting for a family member to wake up from surgery. Sandwhich (the beast) I got was great, perfectly crafted. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the numerous offers of assistance. This is important to me as I am currently in a wheelchair. Definitely 5 stars all around.
My order usually is never wrong. I requested to have my sandwich toasted and when I received it, they smiled and giggled. As I’m walking back to my department I’m wondering why just to see that my sandwich is cold.
