Fellow business owner here. I hate 1 star reviews. I’m also willing to change it if action is taken. Here’s the scenario leading up to my review: I go in to order a sandwich. An elderly employee and another gal start making my “sammich”. Some “manager” acting like the owners entitled daughter (that’s just a guess) interrupts everybody to chew out the employee for coming in early to prep food and staying late to make sure the next shift was taken care of. My good Lord! There is a girl who works here her name is Michelle, she is so excellent at her job it makes wanna do better at mine. Wow Subway, cherish this worker, they are far few in between these days. Especially young once.

The manager Michelle was great! We passed 2 other subways on the way to this location. We've had bad experiences at the other locations and wanted to try this one and we're glad we did. Michelle was patient with our kids and very kind about 4 of us splitting 2 footlongs. She was nice about doing individual veggies and sauces, and even corrected the other worker about spreading out veggies to make them even across the whole sandwich which we appreciated. Very happy we went to this location!

I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Christi Richards! She was super friendly, patient, and really paid attention to making the sandwich exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to find someone who takes their time, keeps a positive attitude, and still moves quickly during busy hours.
