I had done an online order, waited for 20 minutes till the app said it was ready. I got there, the order wasn't even started. Then I was told that there weren't any meatballs for the order. The lady said it would be another 8 minutes for the meatballs, I said fine. Then, she comes back and said that there aren't any meatballs because the earlier staff didn't prep enough. First time ordering here and I will never order again at this location. Did an online order as usual. Never have I ever had the bread so tiny thin not like other locations and the ingredients put on our sandwiches were less than none when we ordered extra of everything , because we know how little everything goes on the online orders. The make it your way, was not it at this subway! I always order here same thing everytime and I think management as become extremely stingy - I wasn’t allowed the mayo I wanted when I love extra mayo and ranch she refused to put on extra onions - it took 40 minutes to order to the end of the order. I asked for a BMT no pepperoni because it’s spicy. I wasn’t told I can’t have it and there is an extra charge for a ham sandwhich add salami. I’ve always ordered this. Asked the guy with the ponytail for pickles and olives as toppings for my sandwich. He only put a few, which I thought was likely because he assumed I was going to be choosing more toppings and wanted to save room on the sandwich. I asked for more and he said “I can only do so much.” Either owner / managers are being extremely stingy or this guy was on a power trip. Ridiculous to be nickled and dimed over pickles and olives at Subway. Is this not the thinnest Subway sandwich you’ve ever seen?

I’m assuming it was the store manager (older lady with glasses)….was rude while I was ordering my sandwich today how I normally would at any subway location. I asked for extra pickles, she said no that those were the only pickles she’s got till the “truck load comes” she did it again with the cucumbers and then the mayo as well.
