I have been a Subway customer for over 35 years. I have visited Subways across various states and often seek them out when I visit somewhere new. NEVER had I had a worse experience with a Subway manager than I did yesterday, March 25th at 4 p.m. I walked in with a sandwich that I had delivered the night before and wanted to express my concerns about its quality.
