I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Subway on 2nd St, and it’s all thanks to Shannon and Alakai. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. It's a great place to eat
Ordered two sandwiches right at noon to give them plenty of time to get them ready by 12:30 when I was picking up, arrived at 12:44 and somehow they still managed to NOT have them ready. Please get rid of your ordering online options for your restaurant if it can't be done correctly.
I ordered online and got 2 sandwiches toasted, paid extra for avocado on one, I got 2 chips and 2 drinks. When my order got here I was missing my chips and drinks. My sandwich was missing the avocado I paid extra for, and both sandwiches are untoasted. I’m not happy with my order, which is frustrating because I love subway. I’m not happy that the stuff I paid for, and paid extra for I never received.
