Don’t bother coming here whatsoever. The manger is very rude and likes to over charge and acts dumb about it. Don’t waste your time coming here. He only cares about making money.
Love coming here! The staff for the most part is always friendly (ok 9 times out of 10, the staff is usually friendly). They make your sub how you tell them to make it. Oh and let me get started on the manager, I dont know his name but he is awesome! He knows how to treat his regular customers! It makes you feel good when you spend your hard earned cash in a place where they really appreciate your business!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! :)
We had food catered for a client event with meat and vegetarian options. We ordered more meat and received vegetarian. On top of that the sandwiches were not hearty with ingredients. The problem with Subway is that they do not have corporate customer service and the restaurant at the Jamul location doesn't answer their phone. If you do find a corporate telephone number online you will get a message saying to "visit subway.com, goodbye". I will be reporting this to the credit card to get a full refund.
Noemy is a sweetheart.Made my sandwich perfectly with a smile.Very fresh ingredients.Nice Subway.Woll definitely be back.
