Steve the owner goes above and beyond, always loads up subs with toppings. As opposed to other locations that give help me subs.
This is one of the few locations in the area to eat lunch at work. This subway is consistenly the worst I have ever experienced. Very rare to actually get what you order online from them. Today, I ordered at 10:30am for 11:55am pick up. Walked in at 12 and they hadn't even started it. There was 1 person there working, as usual during rush time, and he said "been swamped". Ordered for delivery and when the sub arrived everything was piled on top, not the typical build on a sandwich from subway. The most disappointing thing was my meat was ice cold, literally colder than the vegetables I got on it. I tried to call the store immediately and there was no answer so i tried twice more in 15 minute intervals in case they were busy. They don't anser the phone. We always go to this subway and it’s great. But unfortunately we got our sandwich and the worker that took the cash payment before us handled the cash then processed to not change his gloves and put toppings on our sandwich. That’s gross and very disappointing as now we can’t eat our sandwich :(
