Ordered a Turkey sub with bacon for pickup. The bacon wasn’t cooked, they didn’t add the mayo and the sandwich wasn’t cut in half.
Service was unacceptable in this store. The young male who took my wife's and I order acted like it was an inconvenience to make our sandwiches by rushing our orders without any regard to how we wanted them prepped. He put my wifes chicken in her protein bowl before warming it up then proceeded to put lettuce on top of it and then when my wife asked repeatedly to have her chicken warmed he took some lettuce out and warmed the chicken with lettuce still mixed in with the chicken. Amazing service from Sam!!
Very polite young man was working today, i was genuinely surprised to receive such a quality service! For example, he ran out of sweet onion sauce. I feel like many people would've just left it at that - we don't have it. He, however, offered to go make some. I really appreciated him caring.
