Worse service I have ever received. Placed an online order. We should have checked it when we picked it up. Got home and all my sandwich had on it was lettuce and mustard when there should have been many other toppings. Called the restaurant and dealt with the rudeness person ever and then the “manager” telling us we would have to drive back which is an hour round trip ( we picked up on the way home from work) and there was nothing else they could do because we could be scammers???? Absolutely horrible experience, I placed an order on the app. Drove their only to be told they did not have my order. I provided proof for the order and showed where I paid for it and their was nothing they could do. Their absolutely no way to call corporate and unsure if I will get a refund. Will never visit a subway again.
Ordered ahead with a pickup order was told it was finished and they haven’t even started my order when I arrived. So unprofessional then they proceeded to start everyone else’s order in the store before my online order like what’s the point of ordering ahead if that’s going to take longer than waiting in line.
