Great when we walked in but was greeted with rudeness and made my husbands food wrong (put greens on it that wasn’t what he asked after putting on the greens he did ask for)
I placed my 1st order on line a footlong with all my add on's and cut sandwich into 4's when I got there I felt like asking did you cut into 4's he said no, but I'll do it now "I wish I would have opened up the sandwich on the spot there was "NOTHING, I HAD ORDERED! I left complaints at corporate which btw is hard to find/or reach a random corporate jargon was emailed back to me. Very Unsatisfied Customer.
I have the weirdest service ever. The young guy that was helping me didn't seem to know where anything was that I was asking for. Even though everything was right in front of him. When I walked in the air in the place was like you need to leave and you need to leave now. I've never walked in a place I felt like I should leave immediately.
Calia was truly amazing she expedited and took my order over the phone and a super fast and friendly manner due to them being slow at the time, and I had to run multiple errands before picking up my staff lunch she made it super quick and easy and operated with the highest efficiency I do really appreciate her customer service you guys have an amazing representative at this location!!!!
