As good or better service as any Subway. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful.
My experience was great :) willing to accommodate to any of my preferences.
apparently the workers here don’t get paid hourly and it’s everyone else’s problem! they barked in front of other customers that they were “working for free” because i didn’t tip on my online pickup order.
If I could give a negative star rating I would. Absolutely terrible customer service in the few times I have been to this location. Very convenient for us as we live close but won't be using this location anymore.
Unfortunately I had to change my review from 5 to 1 Star. After yelling at my son that the chips I ordered were in the bag, which was stapled shut, I found that the wrong chips were given when he arrived at home with our order. When I called to request a credit for a bag of chips, as we were not able to drive back to exchange I was told no, they do not credit accounts. No apology, no offer to make things right.
