Waited over an hour for our online order to be told that they ran out of the sandwich we ordered and that we couldn’t have a substitution and our only choice was to cancel our order. A whole hour spent waiting INSIDE the subway, “sorry for the wait” doesn’t cut it for that long.
Our sandwiches were DRENCHED in so much sauce that I couldn’t even eat mine it was so gross not to mention how soggy and gross the bread was after the dousing. We scraped so much mayonnaise off the one sandwich we could’ve made a contract to supply a cruise ship with it. Honestly a disgusting and disappointing experience don’t bother with this garbage go to the main store down the road you will get a better meal. Very slow service and the guy working was not very nice.
If I could leave less then that I would. It is not difficult to look for watermark and draw on bill with identifier. How about making the employees pay for their lack of knowledge and procedures rather than making the public. Well, we normally purchase 4/5 footlongs at a time, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Last time we got subs from there they were tiny anyway.
