I wish I had read this before I went. This lady should not be in customer service. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich. She put 3. When I asked again, she said we're only allowed to put 3 pickles on a sandwich. I asked when that policy started because I've been getting my exact sandwich the exact same way for 10 years. She said, "This is my store, I'm the boss, I make the rules!" The lady who prepared my sandwich was very kind and helpful! She offered a suggestion of adding salt, pepper, and a touch of oil before she toasted my Philly sandwich. It was absolutely delicious 😋
