Short Hispanic lady was very rude, stated at 7:57pm she was closed so we could not eat there, we still sat down. Didn’t make sense since doors were still open? She refused the restroom to a gentleman stating it was out of order as well. This was crazyy especially for it being in a nicer area.

Maria's customer service was terrible and it's not the first time I've had terrible customer service( not even sure if that’s her real name I’ve seen other reviews as she is claiming that her name is Stacy) As someone that works in the same plaza and comes at least 2 a week Ive had enough won't be coming back to this subway at all. Then they always have the audacity to say that they are limited on veggies on May I add I got a sandwich at 9 AM.

Charges me almost $20 for a 12” of the sandwich of the day because I asked for regular chicken. Then say it’s extra on top of paying full price for a sandwich that is supposed to be $10. Asked for my money back and the response is that I have to cancel it with my credit card company. No wonder you have a 2.3 star rating. Good luck staying in business.

This person identifies as Stacy lied about working hours of business. Refused to serve me at 8:25 pm. On week days. I went there Tuesday. She said the store was already close. Webpage; search on web and store glass confirm this is a lie. As she is working, she is being identified. Terrible experience. Terrible employee. You should check cameras and fire her.
