The blonde hispanic girl did a great job and awesome service but so unsatisfied from management, they just leave her alone on a busy Sunday doing prep, doing the sandwiches, taking online orders and also a cashier. Management should do better
I placed an order at this location less than 30 minutes ago and the app glitched as the payment went through and the app crashed and when I went back to it I noticed there was mayo on a sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have it, after calling 5 times and having no response I went to the store and let them know I wanted a refund for the order as it was already made way before the time mentioned on the app and there was no option for canceling on the app. When I let the lady know my issue she instantly got a huge attitude with ... read more
Every time I ordered Doordash from this location they don't give me my chips or drink. Three times in a row. Won't do it again
I usually order my sandwich online ahead of time so it’s ready when I arrive for lunch. This time, my order wasn’t ready when I got there. I asked the employee who seemed to be in charge ( a Hefty looking guy) and he said it wasn’t ready yet but then didn’t make any effort to start preparing it. EVERYONE NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THEOR RECEIPTS. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ADD A TIP WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER. THEY OVERRODE THE OPTION FOR YOU TO DECLINE AND POCKET THE TIPS OUT OF YOUR CREDIT CARD.
