I recently visited the Subway located at 17171 Bothell Way NE Suite A002 in Lake Forest Park, and I must say, the experience was quite unique and enjoyable and a stark reminder that you’re never too old or educated to be reminded of the struggles of small business owners in America. One notable aspect of this particular Subway is their policy on coupons. Unlike other locations, they do not accept any kind of coupons, including those from Safeway. It was 8:47 and they had said there closed and they where rude I've been to better subways this was terrible!
I was very disappointed in the knowledge of the employee when it came to the subway app and Any footlong for 6.99. The lady was not willing to allow me to make changes to my order while she haven't even made it yet.Then she said I could cancel the order but had no knowledge of how to cancel the order through the app. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was going to call the police on me for giving her a hard time. Been here dozens of times over the years and it's mostly good. Not perfect, but nothing to cry about.
