We got there on a weekday about 11:40am and there were a couple of people ahead of us and an online order. There were only three workers and it took longer than expected in line as service was slow. I think the register person was new or not trained well, as she could have been helping to bake more bread and cookies. Horrible service
Food was fine. Snappy annd rude attitude was not needed from the workers. Slow and rude? Especially during a lunch rush? Yikes!
Lacking in customer service skills and probably the worst made subway sandwich I have ever had. Bread was very stale. Vegetables were mushy. Does this store need a new manager? If so, I’m in.
