Randi was awesome, friendly, professional and fun to chat with !
Went in at 9:45, guy working close was a total jerk. Tried being polite tipped extra for coming in late and was still given multiple rude and aggressive comments.
The staff were kind and helpful! Randi served us and got us fresh lettus! Food was great! 10/10!
Service was slow asf! Food was on par but $16 for a footlong these days is overpriced compared to what you get at other take out joints on the island.
Randi, who made our sandwiches at the Kailua Kona store on Makala last night was fabulous. Our group included someone with autism who is non-verbal. She went above and beyond, treating this person with respect and kindness. She also was totally focused on helping them make decisions, like holding up bacon and roast beef do they could easily choose which option they wanted.
