We ordered online to pickup in Chetek, WI. When I arrived, there was one male employee making a sandwich for another customer. After standing there 10 minutes without a greeting, or asking me anything, an alarm went off and he said it was for an online order. I said it may be mine. He said no, and mine was received quite some time ago, but it didn’t print. The current order printed. It was June 22 about 7:00 pm. We ordered online like we usually do. Went in to grab our food, I said hello and thank you like I do every time. She ignored me but I can look past that. Got home to find out all 3 sandwiches were on the wrong bread and 3 different kinds of bread we didn't order and none of them were toasted and were very sloppy. Our receipt was correct though. Every time we place a mobile order we end up waiting approximately over an hour for food. We order at most 2 sandwiches. Nothing that should take more than a few minutes to make. Whenever we go in to pick them up there’s never anyone else in there and maybe one employee. Service has been terrible lately.
When you go in to get your food and get on 1/2 of what a foot long gets and if you ask for extra and get charged for the extra and don't get it in your sandwich or salads. They toasted one sandwich and the meat is cold to the touch amd cheese is just melted. I got nothing that I ordered
