Staff was friendly but this doesn’t taste

Been a while since I've ordered from here. The last time was horrible. Took a chance...glad I did. I was greeted by a woman, food was ready. She complimented my outfit (thank you!) and probably the best sub I've had in a while! Thank you for understanding my request!! She needs a raise! Considering, I only saw here in there working.
Gross negligence by owner!!!! Roaches in the dining area, owner was very rude and had a dog tied up in the back!!! Will not be returning!! RUN from this location!!!
